USAGE
This twin-screw extruder is a kind of high-efficient compounding and extruding equipment .Its core section is cmposed cylinder and two screws with mesh with each other.It also has driving system and control system,feeding system to form a kind of special extruding ,granulation and shaping processing equipment .The screw stem and cylinder adopt building type design principle to change the length of the cylinder,choose different screw stem parts to assemble the line according to material characterstics to get the best work condition and the most effective method to get the max .function .Because it has good mixing,dispersing ,dewatering and self-cleaning functions to avoid the materials wrapping the axle,caking in the extruding process,With the rotation of the screws,the surface of the materials continuously change.It is beneficial for dewatering and fast dissolving.

WE can offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.
Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
1. After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to us. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
2. After the machines are delivered to customers factory, please arrange preparation work;
3. WE will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
4. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
5. Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customers factory.
6. The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of salary per day for each technician.
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. WE will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since B/L date.
During this guarantee period, WE will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, WE will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
WE will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide
